We retain and use your customer information only for specific business purposes: to protect and administer your records, accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design or improve our products and services; and to understand your financial needs so that we can provide you with quality products and service.

Providing Customer Information to Others

We are permitted by law to share information about your experiences or transactions with companies related to us by common control or ownership ("affiliates"). We are also permitted under law to disclose information about you to unaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may share information with companies that print checks for us, handle our credit card and debit card processing, etc..

We do not disclose non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to any third parties, except as permitted by law. In the unlikely event that our policy changes, we will notify you accordingly.

Our Security Procedures

We take steps to safeguard customer information. Access to customer information is limited to those employees who need to know such information in order to provide products or services to you. Also, we maintain physical and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to protect your customer information.
